Customer's Responsibility

When you upload a design to Shirt Printing Center for custom printing, you affirm that you have the legal right to use the design. This includes ensuring that the design does not infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shirt Printing Center, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these terms, your violation of any rights of another, or any content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services.

While Shirt Printing Center does not review the content for legal compliance, we reserve the right to refuse to process any order that we believe may infringe on the rights of a third party or violate any laws.

Shirt Printing Center’s Limitation of Liability

Shirt Printing Center is not responsible for the content of the designs uploaded by the customer. Our role is strictly limited to printing the designs onto the selected materials as per the customer's instructions.

We do not redistribute, share, or otherwise make public any designs uploaded by our customers. All uploaded content is considered confidential and is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

In no event shall Shirt Printing Center, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from:

  1. Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content;
  2. Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our services;
  3. Unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal and financial information stored therein.

By using our website, you expressly agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shirt Printing Center, its website, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all demands, claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or relating to your use of the website, your violation of this User Agreement, and/or your violation of any rights of another.
