Instructions:

Each transfer is custom printed to order, with a turnaround time of 1-2 business days.

Pressing Instructions:

Pre-Press: Pre-press the garment for 8-10 seconds to remove any moisture.
Press Transfer:
- Press for 8-15 seconds at the recommended temperature, depending on the fabric:
  - Cotton: 300-320°F
  - Polyester, synthetics, and blends: 260-275°F
Cold Peel: Wait until the transfer cools completely on the garment, then slowly peel from one corner, ensuring the design adheres fully.
Repress: Repress the design for 5 seconds using parchment paper or a heavy cotton shirt placed over the transfer.

Note: Actual product colors may vary from mock-up images due to device display capabilities and monitor settings. Each print is unique and may show color variations, particularly in watercolor designs or after heat pressing. Please be aware of this before purchasing, as we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for transfers that are pressed incorrectly, so ensure you're using the proper materials, colors, and press settings before applying your transfer.

Order Processing Time

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days, with 99% of orders being dispatched the next business day. Handmade collections may require 1-2 business days to prepare before shipping.

Delivery Time

We offer shipping services across the United States with multiple carrier options. The estimated delivery time is 4-5 business days. Please note that delivery times provided during checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details. Once your order is shipped, a second email titled "Shipping Notification" will be sent, including a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after it has been scanned by the shipping carrier.
